Noosa Food and Wine is just around the corner and we cannot wait to host our main event this year – Saveurs De La Ferme with Bruno Loubet & Jules Santisi
Joining us at Aromas Noosa will be Bruno Loubet as he explores the seasonal flavours of Aroma Noosa’s own Maravista Farm, adding his signature flare to Noosa’s freshest ingredients.
Born in the South of France, and with an amazing career which has spanned decades, Bruno has long been regarded as one of the most exciting and innovative chefs on the London culinary scene.
From Michelin starred restaurants to Times Restaurant of the Year, Bruno Loubet has made his mark across both the UK and Australia leading acclaimed restaurants like Bistro Bruno Loubet and Grain Store.
With his passion for ethical and sustainable eating, Bruno will bring his amazing take on celebrating fresh produce to Aromas for Noosa Food & Wine.
Together, Jules and Bruno will create a four-course menu with matched wines to be served under the stars on Hastings Streets.

The Festival Village is also making a return this year with the best in food, wine, live music, and cooking demonstrations. Chefs taking centre stage this year include Alla Wolf-Tasker, Colin Fassnidge, Matt Wilkinson and Paul Carmichael.

For an event that takes you out of Noosa and into an Asian escape of sorts, join Embassy XO for their Yum Cha banquet. Head Chef James Wu will deliver a modern take on Yum Cha creating a banquet menu served with matched premium wines. You can purchase tickets here
